After lunch we had group discussions considering questions such as,' What is important to us in life?', 'How is internment found in society?', 'Who does society chose to ignore or forget?'. These were deep questions which cased me a lot of soul searching. The weight of unspoken history was one of the themes which kept reoccurring. There is so much in secondary school we just don't get taught about, and it is only when we leave our little bubble and meet the world, do we find certain things out about the British empire etc.
I think I heard the bell...
